• There is no sign-up fee and no formal contract, it is not a subscription service, therefore you can place orders as frequently as you like. However, if your account is inactive for 12 months of your previous order you will lose your rewards and benefits and will be removed from the programme. If you wish to re-join, you will need to reapply via the online form.  
• By joining the VanCatUK Partners Programme you are agreeing to promote our products to new kitten owners and/or customers via your personal referral code.    
• For orders 250kg+, we advise that you contact us on partners@vancatuk.com to check stock availability 6-8 weeks in advance where possible to ensure that we have the products you desire in stock, otherwise we cannot guarantee it will be readily available.   
• Orders sent via pallet force are curb side delivery only and must be offloaded by the customer. You can ask the driver to assist you, but it is down to their discretion.   
• All Pallets are to be disposed of by the customer unless requested otherwise.
•  Referral Code (5%) - These discount codes must be used for kitten/customer referrals only and they cannot be shared on any other platform. You will be sent the code on a PDF, in order to share the discount with your customers.
• Loyalty Scheme - Coming soon!! Something exciting is on its way! We’re working on a brand-new and improved rewards programme for our beloved partners. Concerned about missing out on loyalty points you would have earned in the meantime? Don’t worry - we will backdate any missed rewards once the new program is up and running in the coming weeks. Thanks so much for your purrrr-tience at this time.
• Find a Breeder/Rescue - This is a map on our main website which features the partners that we are currently working with in the UK, any customers shopping on the VanCatUK website can view this map. Think of it as a free advert! Though this is not compulsory, if you don’t want to feature just let us know.
